Laminating & Sheeting

After recently commissioning our laminating unit we are now able to offer the facility to laminate substrates in any width up to, and including 1600mm wide. We are able to work with Single and Double sided Adhesive Tapes or Foams to produce any bespoke combination of carriers and adhesive type.

Incorporated within this machinery is the facility to cross cut material to produce sheets upto a maximum width of 1600mm.

Automated Log Slitting

Using the latest fully computerised Cevenini Automatic Log Slitters with variable Blade Angle & Speed Control. We can supply slit coils of Single or Double Sided Foams & Tapes accurately to any width between 2mm - 1500mm to suit your specific requirements.(To a tolerance of +/- 0.1 mm).

We have the flexiblility of innterchangable mandrels enabling us to slit material on 75mm/32mm and 25mm core sizes.

Rotary & Flatbed Die Cutting

With several rotary die cutting machines, we are able to produce bespoke shapes either in single or roll format. Using this high speed equipment we can offer quick lead times on any width upto 250mm. This is the most cost effective and precise method of converting your needs into reality.

To compliment our rotary cutters we have two flat bed presses which are able to produce kiss cut shapes out of virtually any flexible material on a range of siliconised backing papers again in either individual pieces or roll form. With this equipment we are able to offer any die cut product at a maximum width of 290mm and overall length not exceeding 2.5 metres.

In-line Slitting & Logging

With over ten separate crush cut knives available, we are able to In-Line Slit to your precise width requirement and produce your finished product in roll or seet format. This flexible system ensures the least amount of waste from the initial input roll.

Using our free standing rewind stand, we are able to log down from master lenghth rolls into managable shorter length rolls. Our madrels are fully interchangable to handle 75mm/32mm and 25mm cores.

Small Width Lamination

Our narrow width laminator compliments the services we provide on our full width machine as above. This enables us to produce the smaller order requirements more competitively.

With this machine we are able to custom laminate your material with either Single or Double sided Adhesive tape in widths up to 600mm.
